Capstone Real Estate Services, Inc We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Trainer to join our team and help us create and deliver training programs that are measurably effective, industry unique and always applicable to the needs of the employees. This position will be based in Austin and some travel will be required. Job Description · Assess training needs with the primary objective of improving performance of our property management services · Identify and work with industry resources, technological and reporting resources and Operations to identify training needs and trends within the business · Design and implement training solutions which include a blended approach to learning such as coaching, 1-1 sessions, action learning & e-learning · Enhance current training courses and create new courses as required to allow for property type differences in training needs. Includes multiple Affordable programs, Conventional, Seniors, New Construction lease ups, Class A, B and C for each of these and any geographical differences that require attention · Create e-learning based Capstone orientation course which should cover the systems we use in the course of our business day. · Create training effectiveness measurement tools and correlate improved results to increased revenue · Use and maintain the GraceHill LMS system to monitor and facilitate training for all employees Minimum Qualifications The following combination of education, skills, knowledge and personal characteristics are desirable for job success: · College degree or combination of advanced education and experience · Expertise in Property Management software systems, ideally RealPage products · Advanced communication skills, especially technical writing · Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) · Significant experience in training delivery and design · Detail-oriented · Self-motivated, requiring little or no direct supervision · Conscientious · Punctual · Demonstrates high standards of integrity and ethics Capstone Real Estate Services, Inc, is full-service, third party property management firm.
