PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB To ensure the professional general management and excellent performance of Capsicum Culinary Studio in terms of its facilities, staff, growth of the business (sales), overall finances and student service delivery. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Implement the national sales strategy and achieve Campus sales targets (40%) 2. Management of Income and expenditure as well as Debtors management (15%) 3. Management of System Administration and facilities in and around the campus (10%) 4. To comply with regulations from accrediting and professional bodies and monitor a high standard of quality and excellence (10%) 5. Monitor the academic curriculum and from time to time teach management modules to ensure that students’ achievements correlate with the expectations from industry (10%) 6. Manage performance of Campus staff (5%) 7. Ensure the Company/Campus Social Responsibility initiatives are supported (5%) 8. Implement a Customer Relationship Management Strategy at the campus (5%) REQUIREMENTS SKILLS – Management and Leadership skills, Computer Literate, Interpersonal skills EXPERIENCE 3 - 5 years’ experience in management activities of a small to middle size company. QUALIFICATIONS 3 year qualification in Business or Hospitality Management / Sales & Marketing Post-Graduate in Hospitality Management advantageous If you have not heard back from us in two weeks please consider your application unsuccessful.
