KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS Ability to operate personal computer, cash register and calculator. Telephone and guest relations etiquette and skills. Excellent speech communication skills required to communicate with guests over the telephone. Excellent comprehension and literacy required for reading daily reports, numbers, etc. Works well with co-workers and is a team player. Ability to work all shifts (including nights and weekends), have a flexible schedule.
