Based at Canaray Scarborough * Canaray has doubled in size every 3 years since inception in November 2011. With this growth we have open positions at our Scarborough location. This is an exciting opportunity for someone that is a self-starter with a high degree of initiative in a fast paced environment. * * This is a 1 year contract role. No experience required but must be able to preform repetitive tasks. Responsibilities include and are not limited to: Provide all of our patients with excellent customer service; Greet customers and intake customer information while following patient privacy regulations Support in the proof reading radiology report Regular clerical duties such as but not limited to printing, mailing and filing Supporting the Canary team with a array of data processing duties; Opening Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) dicom files; Localizing anatomy within CBCT dicom files Segmentation of 3D data; Other adhoc duties as required. Skills: Mandatory ** Sound oral and written communication skills, Adaptability to changing technology, Proficient computer literacy. Desired Medical terminology, specifically dental terminology, Strong understanding of dental anatomy, Ability to manipulate 3D volume cone beam data, Competence in Dicom viewing software such as Carestream, CoDiagnostix, and Simplant. Relationships: ** Communicate with all levels of staff Working under the direct supervision of the Head of Operations Assisting where necessary to complete tasks and data processing * * Site: Canaray Scarborough ** Position: Full time, 1-year contract.
