Responsibilities: Prepare project document binder, including the legal documents and accounting document, such as supplier contract, invoices and tax fling etc. Work with project accountant to provide required financial schedule and backup documents. Support internal AP audit, provide required documents and help to identify duplicate or erroneous payment, missed discount. Help to organize and clean the filing system, including physical storage area. Complete other duties and projects as assigned. Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the Canadian Solar Solution Code of Business Conduct. Adhere to all health and safety rules and company policies. Qualifications and Experience: Enrolled in a post-secondary Accounting or related program. Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment. Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently. Computer literacy, including effective working skills of MS Word, PowerPoint and e-mail required with advanced Excel skills. Attention to detail in all areas of work. Excellent time management skills. Able to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines. Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
