An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised, motivated and enthusiastic (full time - 37.5 hours) Band 3 Administrator to join the Adult and Specialist Administration Hub (North). The successful candidate will support the Adult Inpatient Wards based at Cavell Centre, Edith Cavell Healthcare Campus, Bretton Gate, Bretton, Peterborough, PE3 9GZ. Work hours will be 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be well organised and able to prioritise work. You will be proactive in solving problems and queries which you will see through to completion. The post holder will need to be calm and patient with an excellent telephone manner and skills to deal with sometimes complex and difficult issues. You will have good IT and typing skills. You will be required to give support to Band 2 Assistant Administrators. The ideal candidate will have a strong team work ethic, sense of accountability, accompanied by an ability to work under considerable pressure at times.
