Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Preparation of client’s telecom invoices for loading (manual/master feed process) Enter invoices both manually and through electronic loading process following establish format and customer specific business rules Validate invoice data entered; invoice date, vendor remit, expense categories, invoice amount and accounting distributions Monitor client invoices to ensure expected invoices are received and loaded monthly [track, order, and obtain missing invoices] Allocate charges to client’s cost center and GL based on client specific rules Reconcile circuit/line inventory Interact with internal staff and client as required, including vendors to resolve billing issues Maintain the highest quality customer service and promote a positive attitude Identify opportunities for process improvement Perform other duties as required; scanning of paper invoices, identification of opportunities for Audit Group, etc. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and/or AP financial systems Ability to work in a team environment - Team Player mentality Effective communication skills; oral and written Detail oriented Ability to learn and have a working knowledge of MDSL's software application Familiarity with accounting principles Must be able to multi task, prioritize, manage work load and deliver results Must demonstrate sound business judgment and decision making Data entry experience and/or training University degree and/or related business experience Experience in Telecom Industry a plus Related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
