Calderdale & Huddersfield Solutions Limited is a subsidiary of Calderdale & Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust and provides a comprehensive estates & facilities and procurement service to all properties owned by the Trust. The four major sites in the Trust's property portfolio are Calderdale Royal Hospital, Huddersfield Royal Infirmary, Broad Street Health Centre and Acre Mills Outpatients. The Trust also owns a number of small residential properties located in the Halifax & Huddersfield areas. A vacancy has arisen for a part time Quality Performance and Service Officer to work within the Cleaning Service at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary. We are looking for a motivated person with a positive attitude. The main responsibilities of the post holder is to undertake surveys, inspections and monitoring of services to identify areas of non compliance, within agreed standards and to detail any associated risks. The successful candidate must have previous experience at delivering and being involved in quality improvement audits. previous experience within an Estates and Facilities environment would be an advantage. Hours of works 16 per week. This post will be part of a new company, owned by the trust to provide specialist support services for Estates, Facilities and Procurement.
