An opportunity has arisen for a fixed term appointment until March 2022 as the Service Manager for Physical Disabilities Sensory Impairment (PDSI) and Learning Disabilities (LD) Teams, in addition you will responsible for Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards and represent Caerphilly regionally on the transition to Liberty Protection Safeguards. The post holder will be responsible for line management of the PDSI and LD teams. Developing options for future structures and service delivery and lead on the review of supported living accommodation in the borough. You will be educated to degree level or a registered Social Care or Health Professional with significant experience of managing in an adult social care environment. You will have experience of working in a challenging financial environment, delivering change and developing practice. The post can be offered as a secondment, before applying candidates must seek approval to be released from their current post by their line manager. Interviews will be held on: 24th March 2020.
