GROUP TOURS ADMINISTRATOR: Are you looking for an exciting, fast-paced role, where you can showcase your administrative experience and love for travel? Look no further, the Group Tours Administrator role is for you. CAA Niagara is looking for a full-time Group Tours Administrator to join our family from May to October. Reporting to the Group Tours Manager, the Group Tours Administrator provides support to the Group Tours department, ensuring all tours are prepared. This role places an emphasis on ensuring the Group Tours department is organized, always looking for improvements and how to further support our Tour participants and the Tour Planners. RESPONSIBILITIES: As a CAA Niagara Group Tours Administrator, you will be supporting our Group Tours team with the following duties, including but not limited to: Assist with the day to day operations of the Group Tours Department Assist with processing Group Tour sales Provide excellent Member service Accurately process payments for Group Tour sales Maintain the Groups department mailing list Prepare bi-monthly mail outs Proactively contract previous Group Tour participants who have expressed interest in other tours Review website information for content accuracy Act as a CAA/Tuxedo Tours representative at local travel shows WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: This position is a full-time contract position from May to October, to be seriously considered for the role, please have the following: Post-secondary education in a relevant field will be considered an asset Experience in the hospitality and tourism field is considered an asset 1-2 years of customer service experience Administrative experience preferred If this role interests you, please apply now!
