To know more about us, please visit www.timecigar.com and Facebook: TimeCigar Job Responsibilities Manage daily operation for warehouse and shipping team Handle bulk mail order Monitor inventory level to maintain high accuracy records Review procedure to ensure smooth daily operation Provide general administration support across Supply Chain/Logistics including documentation, data entry, filing, report generation and SAP system maintenance Good communication with team members and other departments Perform ad hoc projects as assigned by managers Requirements: Diploma or above qualification or equivalent experience in Warehouse/Shipping/ Supply Chain Management or related discipline At least 5 years related working experience Good command of English (spoken & written) and Mandarin Knowledge of computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word) and Internet Knowledge of SAP is a strong advantage Open-minded, structural and self-initiative Immediate available is a MUST Interested parties, please send your full CV with current, expected salary and date of available to us.
