We are looking for a person with a large overall practice in ICT related activities, complemented by excellent knowledge with references of work achieved in their particular domain of expertise. He/she shall for instance be entitled for coordinating large projects involving multidisciplinary teams, for implementing complex systems, for designing system architectures or for delivering feasibility studies for complex systems. Main tasks to be performed: Implementation and integration of the new CMS (Case Management System). Drive, develop, manage and maintain the major incident process and associated procedures Provision of security studies associated with information system projects Security assessments of information systems Security gap analysis Evaluations of security products and tools for information systems Assistance in the implementation of IS security policies Security specifications for information systems Management of security tests Provision of security audits of databases Required skills and knowledge: Mandatory: Good knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Linux. Strong proficiency in database and web application management. Experience in one or more programming/scripting languages in particular in Powershell, C/C++, Batch/Shell programming, Perl and Python. Knowledge in additional programming languages (Java, ASM, coldfusion) is highly desirable. Experience with one or more of the following tools: JIRA, Confluence, TheHive, D3Security, or equivalent. Experience in Forensics - Windows Artifacts, using File Systems (including NTFS, (ex)FAT, Ext2/3/4, UDF, HFS, UFS and ISO9660, etc.) Experience of Virtualization techniques, such as VMWare, VirtualBox or equivalent Proven knowledge of testing technologies and tools Capability of integration in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team Good communication skills. Aptitudes in reporting Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in application developments Capability to persevere in retesting solutions. Optional: Experience with System Forensic Tools such as Encase, FTK, X-Ways, the Sleuth Kit, or equivalent Experience configure, test, monitor, maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade firewalls; Experience with Hardware write blockers and duplicators such as Tableau, Wiebetech, or equivalent Experience in network security solution/technologies, Network Protocols (from data to application layers), Network Administration (Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Proxies, VLANs, etc), Network Forensic Tools such as WireShark, Niskun, Netwitness, Moloch, BlueCoat Security Analytics/DeepSee, or equivalent Would be a plus if the candidates have one or several of the following certifications: GIAC Certified Forensics Analyst (GCFA) / GIAC Reverse Engineering Malware (GREM) GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst (GCIA) Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) GIAC Certified Penetration Tester (GPEN) GIAC Web Application Penetration Tester (GWAPT) Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI) IACIS Certified Forensic Computer Examiner (CFCE) Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Qualified Membership of Professional organization, e.g. GIAC, ISACA or ISC2 Active EU/NATO Secret clearance (or ongoing procedure) The following documents or procedures will be requested to successfully complete the hiring process: A copy of your university degree(s) A copy of your criminal record Security Clearance Procedure
