We are a well-established construction company and now seeking motivated candidate for the following position: Job Responsibilities: Plan, directand organize construction team including Sub Agent, Senior Foreman, Foreman, AssistantForeman to carry out construction works according to the approved methodstatement and programmeWork withthe project manager to plan for subcontractors’ manpower resources andequipmentArrangeprogress meeting and manage subcontractors to ensure the completion of projectaccording to the budget, programme and qualityPrepare short term working programme andsupervise the sub-contractors to implementReview resourcesrequirements and plan ahead the work, examine method statement with riskassessment in accordance with site constraints andrequirements to ensure efficient siteoperationMonitor andcontrol the material wastage. Arrange the construction sequence properly withthe effective use of equipment. Minimize the wastage and double handlingMonitor andcontrol use of electricity and water on site to minimize wastageAssist inproviding relevant data and records with time and cost implications for claimsReview dailyreports, daywork records, abortive work recordsEnforcesafety regulations and take appropriate precautionary measuresExecute anddirect subordinates to perform their duties according to the Quality Plan ordepartmental manualWork withthe Compliance Department to carry out quality inspection and self-checkingaccording to the approved Quality Plan and Safety PlanWork withthe project manager to set up emergency team. Execute and direct all securitymeasures and discipline on siteOrganizesite set up. Apply and arrange construction equipment to siteInspect allmaterials and work to ensure the compliance with contract specifications andregulationsPerform TCPresponsibilitiesInspect andapprove subcontractors’ work in progressWork withthe project manager to set up emergency team. Execute and direct all securitymeasures and discipline on siteLiaise withclient, consultants and subcontractors to establish and maintain closepartnership Job Requirement: Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Building Studies, Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent or equivalent qualificationTCP T1 or aboveAt least 15 years’ relevant site experiences in building construction and with 5 years or more holding the position as Sub-Agent or aboveWe offer attractive salary, medical plan and fringe benefits.
