Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities: IT Operations Work close with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smoothly operations within IT Division To support deployment, troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware and software applications Assist in managing IT infrastructure related projects Assist in vendor and contract management IT Security Identify and define system security requirements for IT systems and applications Develop security measures and control in accordance with business requirements Review and update corporate IT security policies, standards and procedures Support and update business recovery, contingency plans and procedures Identify current and emerging technology issues including security trends, threats and vulnerabilities Perform cyber security monitoring activities and troubleshooting of IT systems and applications Analysis of security-related information and events, and escalate incidents for validation and remediation Perform operation daily health check and create regular security reports for mangement reporting Develop technical solutions and security tools to mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable operation tasks Propose improvements to IT operational processes, procedure manuals and documentation Requirements: Degree with minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably with hands on experience in IT infrastructure and security Detailed technical knowledge of database and operating systems security Hands on experience in security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, authentication systems, log management, content filtering, etc Experience with network security and networking technologies and with system, security, and network monitoring tools Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols Familiarity with web related technologies (Web applications, Web Services, Service Oriented Architectures) and of network/web related protocols Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Ability to work under pressure
