The Role Working in a collaborative and a supportive team, you will be a motivated self-starter with confidence to develop strong rapport to support the Regional Manager to manage smooth relationship with the key stakeholders and help implement of programs designed to enhance the value of membership, and raise the profile, quality and prestige of CPA Australia and the CPA designation. You will also be responsible to provide a high standard of service to CPA Australia members, internal stakeholders and external customers through sound advice, attending to walk in, telephone enquiries, emails and other communications as appropriate. Key Responsibilities Actively contribute to the development of new products, services and initiatives whilst maintaining knowledge of competitor offers and activities Provide timely and accurate advice to support members in areas such as admission, advancement, readmission, rescission, reduction, instalments, enrolment to CPA Program and other professional programs. Plan, organize, co-ordinate and implement various call campaigns pertaining to the International markets Support the organization of networking events for CPA Australia for new and existing members What we are looking for This is an exciting role that will give you the opportunity to have a real impact on people’s careers and futures within the accounting profession. The role requires you to be energetic, versatile, driven and focussed. To be considered for this role you will need to meet the following criteria: At least 3-5 years’ experience working as a Program Consultant or Program Executive in the Private Universities OR Colleges OR Training Centers Mature professional who thinks strategically and has the ‘consultative’ approach when dealing with existing and potential clients. Ability to work well within teams as well as independently to achieve agreed outcomes. Highly organised, structured and is willing to get their hands dirty to manage all aspects of engagement with key stakeholders including administration work around this Outstanding writing and interpersonal skills and you will be a self -starter.
