Purpose & Nature of position To manage integrated facility management (IFM) services for Compass's Hyderabad office. This is achieved by understanding of Compass's requirements & coordinating efforts of the Facilities Management Company, in delivering best in class services to Compass. This position is strategically important for the smooth running of the workplace service operations by ensuring standardized & consistent operations. Primary Responsibilities: Understanding of Compass policies and expectations of Workplace Services team. Provides leadership and direction in all aspects of integrated facilities management department including strategic planning. Establish & maintain a high level of communication within the extended workplace services Facilitate Workplace Services objectives & expectations from an IFM perspective. Contribute to various initiatives. Management & tracking of budget. Ensures 100% compliance with Compass policies on EHS, SLA's & applicable statutory obligations. Coordination with user groups & proper understanding of their expectations. Training of the Workplace Services team. Sharing & implementation of best practices. Implementation & administration of contracts & agreements (service & lease). Space management. Enhance the visibility of Workplace Services operations amongst user groups. Asset Management. Accountability to site General Manager with respect to the spatial experience requirements in their respective areas to ensure and smooth and seamless member experience. Maintaining sites as per Compass's brand standards. Duties: Manage all aspects of Integrated Facilities Management to include: Office Management Utilities Management Hospitality Management Food Services Management Transport Management Understand dynamics of real estate & administration of lease agreements Any other related services Weekly and monthly review with operations team. Contracts & services agreements implementation. Compliance with Compass policies. Conduct periodic audit of operations. Continuous improvement/up gradation of operations manual, processes, checklist. Feedback analysis & implementation of solutions. Analyse, submit & maintain record of MIS as required by Compass SLA. Develop & implement ISO: 9001: 2008 Quality management compliant systems. Ensure compliance with ISO: 9001: 2008 QMS for IFM. To assist in preparing of operating expense budget & have good knowledge of expense patterns. Budget tracking & reporting. Preparation of Purchase requisition's in advance for various services/ products in line with Workplace. Services operations. Ensure 100% compliance with relevant finance and procurement policies. Manage invoice processing system. Comprehensive PO tracking. Collaborate with the Finance team. Institute effective & transparent facility management systems.
