We are currently looking for a full/time Resident couple maintenance and cleaner in the Ottawa/Gatineau region. Are you versatile persons who are good with their hands and have an impeccable sense of organization? You are just the persons we need! The position will include the following duties: Customer service, office administration-computer literate, cleaning, some maintenance and repairs, other duties as assigned and working with other team members when and if required. Qualifications and skills: Good knowledge of carpentry, plumbing and electricity; Valid driver’s licence. Building maintenance tasks: Perform service calls; Monitor and maintain equipment (mechanical rooms, electrical rooms, pumps, furnaces, etc.); Perform preventive maintenance on equipment; Inform your immediate supervisor about the materials and products needed for building maintenance and upkeep; Make minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, light replacements, various types of installation work, etc.); Help with or perform any other maintenance-related task as needed and at your immediate supervisor’s request; Perform all other related tasks; Assist with housekeeping tasks.
