A Product Manager is now required as a result of business growth: Responsibilities: Develop brand/ product business and marketing objectives, strategies and tactics for health food products; Translate overall project objectives to specific work group priorities and coordinate with inter-functional areas to ensure project progress to completion; Develop product and market research plans and analyze data to identify issues and brand specific opportunities; Identify and evaluate consumer needs and market trends, and analyze current business activities through possible sources of data and recommend business opportunities at strategic and tactical levels; Manage sales and product contribution, including A&P budget and sales forecast, against marketing plan objectives; Analyze and recommend product profile structure and pricing policies; Make projection on product sales and co-ordinate with production team to assure appropriate inventory levels are maintained. Qualifications: A degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines; With at least 3 years’ marketing experience, preferably in handling FMCGs; Previous exposure in healthcare or pharmaceutical product is a plus; Proven experience in customer and market research; Good understanding of MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint; With excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork spirit, mature personality and integrity.
