Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities: Assist in monitoring, coordinating and managing day to day architectural activities on site. Monitor and coordinate the works of subcontractors. Analyse and design the structural/architectural components for projects. Assist in planning, scheduling and resource management for site activities. Perform site in progress inspection to ensure that works are executed to the required quality. Study and check drawings. Handle technical and engineering problems on site. Need to liaise with the client’s representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work. Requirements: Minimum 15 years of architectural experience in managing architectural works of similar scale, nature and complexity. Preferably with a Degree and above in architecture or relevant fields, recognised by Board Of Architects (BOA).
