Roles & Responsibilities Job Description To provide professional services to clients in terms of infrastructure deployment to ensure on-time completion of projects with quality deployment and good customer experiences. Involve in the planning and implementation of projects and solutions. Install, set-up, configuration and migration of systems and applications are basic requirement of the role. Use best practices and framework for troubleshooting and root cause identification. Handle technical escalation to principals. Work closely with principals to provide resolutions to problems either remotely or at customers' premise. Prepare, update and maintain documentations and knowledge base. Provide technical advices and escalation for the on-site support specialists. Requirements: Possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Computer Engineering/ Information Technology. Preferable possess a MCITP Enterprise Administrator, Enterprise Messaging Administrator, Virtualization Administrator and/or Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA). 1-3 years of consulting or relevant work experience. The ability to complete tasks with limited supervision.Have strong client satisfaction awareness. Ability to communicate and present persuasively and effectively. Experience in infrastructure platform solution such as Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Skype for Business, Hyper-V / VMware, Citrix Virtualization will be an advantage.
