We specialise in crafting bespoke, unique and emotionally impactful projects for our clients in South-East Asia and Europe. Chab Events is a turnkey corporate event management, experiential marketing and video production company based in Singapore, Paris and Bali. We work across a large range of industries including healthcare, insurance, banking, luxury and food & beverage. What we do Internal Events: From Dinner & Dances to shareholder meetings and team building, we pride ourselves as experts in this field. We plan and execute multiple events for companies seeking to foster their company spirit. External Events: Our clients come to us when they are in need of flexing their creative muscles. We specialise in gala dinners, experiential marketing, luxury launches, PR campaigns and pop-up concepts that captivate the targeted audience. Travel: From the logistics to the execution, we have an experienced team who handles the clients’ needs for events outside of Singapore. The Role The ideal candidate should present a fun, confident, driven, knowledgeable and smart image, be passionate about people and have experience in Human resource. You are expected to be the main contact for all employees and manage all HR aspects including recruitment, training and development, performance management, employee benefits, and implementation of HR strategies, etc. You are also expected to manage all HR admin processes and legal requirements. We’re looking for Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Banking, Economics or equivalent with minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations and general administration. Ability to work across all levels with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient G suite Applications especially in Excel and Powerpoint Self-motivated, proactive, organized and attentive to details. Ability to work independently and a good team player. Having knowledge of the Singapore employment contract law Ability to multi-task and deliver within a tight deadline. Willing to learn & contribute, result and customer service oriented. Demonstrate a high level of integrity and ability to handle highly confidential information appropriately. Improve the onboarding process, create a case study and KPI Help on the first recruitment phase (selection + 1rst Interviews) Assist in Payroll (Salary calculation / Payslips) Apply for foreigner visa (WHP, SP, LOC, EP) and ad-hoc process Assist the implementation and recruitment of Skills Futures program Positive attitude towards changes and process improvement.
