Company Profile Centre of English Studies is one of the leading English Language Schools in Ireland. Based in the city centre we provide English language training to students from over 55 countries. We have a variety of English Language and Teacher Training Courses. We also offer home-stay, self catering, hotel and hostel accommodation to our students. We are currently recruiting for our accommodation department. The Position The role involves the co-ordination of the Admissions and Accommodation department in the allocation of international students in English language courses, services and accommodation. This also involves carrying out all administrative duties pertaining to students care and welfare while studying in Dublin. Arranging accommodation for international students. Liaising with agents and accommodation providers. Background At least 8 years working experience in an office environment. Previous experience in a similar role (arranging accommodation, bookings, hotels) would be an advantage. Excellent command of the English language. The successful candidate must have a professional and friendly approach and will be focused on delivering high standards of customer service. They must be highly motivated and be able to work alone on projects as well as part of a team. They must have excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Strong IT skills are essential.
