KYC/AML Analyst Dublin Permanent Circa €40,000 - €50,000 per annum Our client a Fund Management business, are looking for a KYC/AML Analyst to join their team on a Permanent basis in Dublin. The KYC/AML Analyst will be responsible for providing support to the Compliance Manager in all KYC & AML matters and the delivery of regulatory change projects. The KYC/AML Analyst will work alongside the Compliance Manager and the Legal team to provide onboarding support to the business. The Responsibilities of an KYC/AML Analyst will include; Conducting all KYC/AML checks required for onboarding & respond to all KYC requests on the company Managing personal workload and prioritising tasks to meet business needs Engaging with internal stakeholders/Compliance Manager to ensure timely completion of tasks Ensuring customers are classified in line with required policy standards and industry regulations Achieving operational goals set, and deliver against agreed targets in terms of quality and productivity Ongoing maintenance/refresh of existing customer data Providing updates at regular meetings with internal stakeholders, such as the Compliance Manager Ensuring robust record keeping processes are established and maintained Assisting with remediation & regulatory projects/initiatives and report on progress as required Assisting in the creation/delivery of training across the group The Successful KYC/AML Analyst will have; A proven track record of relevant KYC/AML experience (i.e. Client onboarding, audit, training and regulatory knowledge) Proven ability to work independently with minimal input/supervision Financial services related qualifications would be advantageous (e.g. ICA, ACAMS or similar) Strong project management and organisational skills Ability to work with internal stakeholders (e.g. Legal, Finance) & partners (e.g. senior management) to develop and execute on process enhancements.
