Job Summary Our Mission: With over 27 years’ experience, Carlingford Adventure is the leading provider of exhilarating outdoor activities and Adventure holidays in Ireland. We provide adrenaline packed experiences with over 20 activities, including one of the largest Zip Line and Sky trekking parks in Europe. We are looking to grow our teams with people who share our energy and enthusiasm for delivering life long experiences. The Team: The Catering department is key to the success of our business, you will fuel our clients & team with delicious meals to give them the power to engage in adventure. We serve a variety of menu's in our canteen and provide on location catering at our adventure parks. Daily we prepare and serve 300 - 500 meals over Lunch and Dinner Service, you will do the following duties: Food preparation, Serving food from buffet/BBQ, Stock control, General cleaning. Required Education, Skills and Qualifications Minimum of 1 year experience of working in a commercial kitchen environment. Must have completed HACCP training to a minimum of level 2. Excellent personal hygiene and knowledge of English language (written and spoken) is essential.
