Position Overview: The Insurance Services Associate (Client Management Associate - Strategic Wealth Insurance Services) will provide support in the delivery of effective and efficient administration of estate, wealth planning and executive benefit cases. This position will be working from our Allentown, PA office. Job Responsibilities: Generate insurance summaries for new clients and revised summaries for existing clients Provide periodic services, such as beneficiary and ownership changes, conversions, removal of riders, address changes, loans, premium administration, rebalancing, etc. for individual life clients and COLI Prepare periodic reports, such as cash value reporting, economic benefit reports, gifting summaries, annual insurance reviews, and plan activity summaries for individual life clients and COLI Maintain system to track split-dollar life insurance policies for premiums, cash values, and death benefit splits Serve as team member to facilitate ad hoc policy changes and servicing requests Update delivery manuals to reflect additions, deletions, and policy changes Update SmartOffice to track periodic and one-time services, and changes to client’s insurance portfolio Review variable statements, incoming correspondence, and prepare quarterly compliance reports Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field – preferred) 1-3 years of experience in life insurance policy/plan administration or related marketplace Highly Desired Qualifications/Skills: Life Insurance License and FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 (or ability to attain within 3-6 months) Excellent interpersonal skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work autonomously and perform well under pressure Strong attention to detail with ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks within set deadlines EEO Employer: CAPTRUST is an equal opportunity employer; all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, Veteran status, or any other protected classification. #LI-DNI
