THE ROLE Reporting to the Revenue Manager, you’ll be: Responsible for supervising the Resort Reservations team in the delivery of 5* service and revenue targets Key things you will be doing: Motivational Daily briefs to the team Detailed handovers Handling incoming calls, and maintaining call answering standards in the team Driving first class awareness of rates, special promotions, pricing structures and product knowledge Communication of special arrangements Daily briefs to the team, and detailed handovers supervising the accuracy of deposits and payments To be expert in the use of the Resort suite system. Helping with the interview and selection processes On job training and coaching, and feedback Producing weekly reports and information for forecasting, budgeting and business planning Maintaining the departments standards in health and safety Self-auditing of standards and test calls Who we are looking for We recruit people with widely varying personalities from different walks of life and backgrounds.
