A private property group, situated in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, requires the services of a Financial & Operations assistant. Their portfolio consists of residential, commercial and agriculture properties. RESPONSIBILITIES: FINANCIAL: Processing of debtor rental / utilities invoices & corresponding with debtors regarding sending of invoices/statements Full creditors function, including the processing of purchase orders/invoices and month-end reconciliations Inter-company invoicing within the group Daily backup monitoring Capturing of bank statements/cashbooks General support to the Financial Manager and Directors OPERATIONS: General support to the Operational managers Reception duties & handling of the switchboard Management of office stationery Marketing of vacant space Onsite tenant support Vehicle licensing & maintenance record keeping Administration relating to rental /purchases contracts Handling of mail MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 Certificate Knowledge of Pastel Accounting Knowledge of MS Office incl.
