You support us in our supply chain management transformation programme (T4S) with its goal to serve our customers better based on a more demand-driven, agile and fast supply chain. Your responsibilities at C&A Generate 12-18 months rolling forecast and production plans in line with business context and sales history of NOS products (Prepare the data: analyse forecast generated by the system, resolve exception) Organise and lead demand consensus meeting: Agree on a sales plan taking into account business context evolution and amend system forecast based on outcome Establish the right settings to meet the inventory strategies inside the network and review and amend the unconstrained production plans Collaborate and share the production plans with sourcing/supplier and share the constrained production plans with the business for order release Review, measure and report forecast accuracy, issue and track NOS KPIs At C&A you can look forward to An interesting job in an international working environment You will receive an in-depth induction into your new role and you will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of trainings A positive working atmosphere with helpful colleagues and corporate events A listening ear to your ideas and an opportunity to discuss them In addition, you will enjoy attractive discounts, an above-average salary package, a subsidised canteen, a public transport travel pass, and the option to work from home What we expect of you You have a college degree in economics or similar Advanced planning software experience at least 2 year in demand/supply planning role Excellent knowledge of MS Office and xperience in project appreciated Ability to work in a fast paced and international work environment Fluency in English is a must
