Urgent requirement Designation: Transport Supervisior Qualification: MInimum Senior Secondary+1-2years of ground ops experience or Graduate Experience: 1-2 years for senior secondary and 0-1 years for graduate in transport/Express sector Good communication skills+Regional language+English Oblective of position To ensure daily vehicle and driver quality,deployment and operations of the vehicle and drivers as per schedule of operations Responsibilities 1.Check and Confirm vehicle placement on ground as per plan-Alert to ADM/ADE on any potential shortfall. 2.Conduct daily quality a& compliance checks on 100% drivers and vehiclesat the first reportingof site,record,report non compliant vehicles/Drivers to Account Manager & customer and on all plan. 3.Ensure full compliance to customer's security policy e.g. female staff should not be dropped last or picked up first and/or required to be accompained by a security guard etc. 4.check and confirm that only authorized employees have boarded the vehicle as per roster.
