Job Description Title - Travel Management SME Location - USA-TX-Dallas Duration - 2 month Description - Subject matter expertise in Travel strategy and operations, including travel sourcing, managing travel partnership programs (Air, hotel, car, rail), Corporate card programs, travel policy Have an in-depth understanding on how to design and manage a global travel organization in a GBS environment including service placement Areas of expertise to include Travel sourcing, Travel partnerships / programs, TMC Management, Group Travel, Travel Services, Travel Safety, Duty of care, Travel spend optimization Conduct “As is” Process, policy and operating model benchmarking and maturity assessment with best in class industry wide travel practices Identify business transformation opportunities within travel area through pillars of savings, productivity and traveler experience. Qualifications Design future state operating model – Process maps, RACI, Organization structure, FTE size, Location strategy Finalized Implementation roadmap and business case for finalized opportunities Additional Information Excellent Communication Skill and Consultant Must be very good with react. We are looking for a UI Developer who is very strong with React and JavaScript - along with Ability to do Designing + Framework.Excellent with Bug Fixing, Good Knowledge On Modern Frameworkill be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
