Description: The Product Analyst will work with the Product team and cross-functional teams to Define and build dashboard metrics that measure consumer engagement. Requirements: Providing data-driven insights of users and product usage that will help support strategic decision making, customer success identifying and implementing continuous improvements, to increase overall efficiency and effectiveness. You will track & report product KPIs and crisply and impactfully report on KPIs highlighting progress and pro-actively identify issues/improvement areas You will be generating Hypothesis & validation and Lead decision-making for validation/ rejection of a hypothesis You will be Driving actionable insights and supporting the product and customer success teams on driving You will be on top of all user feedback coming through multiple channels on a regular basis and participate in user research to develop an understanding of user behavior, pain points, and improvement opportunities. Lead data-driven strategy by collaborating with peers and country leads across global markets to gather user insights & product requirements Assess reporting results through data investigation, analysis, and evaluation Prepare written analysis and summarize results using graphical representations and professional formatting Maintain data integrity and ongoing quality control of delivered reports QA reports for not only errors and issues, but also make suggestions on data representation Responsibilities: 1-3 years of experience in MIS Reporting and Data Analysis Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are mandatory Should have worked on MIS & Report Automation projects in the past 1-2 years Extensive knowledge and understanding of data analysis techniques Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills Knowledge of using BI and Analytics tools (like Tableau) will be a plus Working knowledge of VBA and Macros will be a plus Good command over English (US) and the ability to interact with teams and customers in US/Europe IvQWCgCbYP
