In this role…As a Customer Service Representative, you effectively interpret and fulfill the needs of our customers while providing an Exceptional Client Experience at all times. You will be working with a tight-knit team in a small call-center environment, taking in-bound calls and making some out-bound calls to support Burkhart Sales Account Managers and Burkhart clients. To be successful…You consistently demonstrate professionalism, personal service level, and a "friendly" Burkhart demeanor to clients and Burkhart team members (measured by client and team member feedback). You are punctual and meet attendance expectations. You consistently grow your product knowledge and expertise, demonstrated by progressing through the Customer Service training modules.
