We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Customer Care team within our Rutherford Branch. This role will see you partnering with our sales team helping them to key in quotations and order while ensuring customer expectations are met and maintaining effective relationships with key contacts, internal and external stakeholders. OUR IDEAL PERSON In order to thrive in this role, you will have previous experience within a similar position. Your previous Manual handling and height safety equipment knowledge would help set you up to succeed. Having a current forklift drivers’ ticket and the willingness to complete a First Aid Course would be desirable. You will also need to demonstrate: A passion to deliver exceptional customer service. A keen eye for details An ability to organise and prioritise conflicting tasks A strong written and oral communication skill set An ability to build rapport with all stakeholders.
