s: Project Management working with colleagues/volunteer leaders in identifying problem or areas of improvement, problem study & analysis, formulating solution or proposal, implementing solution, reporting outcomes. Example: improving volunteering experience in one of Tzu Chi charity programs, improving the effectiveness of community outreach Event Management working with various departments and volunteers in coordinating event, including planning phase, preparation phase and the actual event. Items to coordinate include program flow, audio-visual, publicity, logistics, manpower management and volunteer mobilization, transport and accommodation, budget monitoring, expense record and claim Example of events: blood donation drives, talks, volunteer gatherings, major events with crowd size of 500 ~ 5,000 Management of volunteer general meetings: preparing meeting agenda and meeting minutes Other supportive/ administrative works of volunteer-related activities Job Requirements: At least GCE A-level with good results (General Paper and Chinese grade B or above, pass in 3 H2 subjects), undergraduate degree preferred Technical skills: Computational skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Cloud system), proficient in Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking associate. Soft skills/attributes: Team spirit, resourcefulness, event management, project management, self-learning ability, attention to details, passions, patience, tolerance of cultural differences.
