Do you have experience in working in the Film & TV industry? Do you want to teach and develop the next generation of media professionals? We are looking for part time (0.6) Lecturer – Film & TV to join Buckinghamshire College Group, based at our Amersham Campus. Buckinghamshire College Group is home to purpose-built digital media facilities that have been awarded Skillset Academy for digital media status by the Learning & Skills Council. This busy and expanding course has a multi camera TV studio, green screen room with motion capture facilities and edit suites using Adobe Suite. The course is Level 3 Diploma and Extended Diploma Creative Media Production and allows staff do develop the course and students in a flexible way to a high standard. This course has a strong practical element as well as theory and is designed to train students for technical or creative work in the field of film and TV. It is validated by University of the Arts London (UAL Awarding Body). The final qualification is equivalent to 3 A Levels. The successful candidate will be required to: Use own professional and academic experience to deliver aspirational and engaging learning opportunities. Promote high levels of student ambition, which will meet employer expectations. Create and grade exciting project based assignment briefs in collaboration with other staff members. Take part in open days, parent evenings and help with new applicants We will encourage you to develop new skills and expand your opportunities within the college.
