This Data Visualization position will be dedicated to internal and external communication, reporting work, supporting Business Operations and its functionals teams. Essential to the position is the ability to synthesize data points concisely into visually compelling presentation. Specifically, this position will have numerous deadlines concerning creating client presentations, reporting and analytical models for Service Level Agreements (SLA) performance, Performance metrics, surveys, and audits. This position will be integral in supporting business process improvements, sales engagement, customer business reviews. This is a full-time project position with BroadPath, either working in our Baguio City office or working from home in PH. Responsibilities: Build interactive data visualizations and analysis tools (e.g., dashboards) Collaborate with internal teams on digital strategists, creative designers, writers, user experience and information architecture experts Track and manage tasks, including training an intern as needed Generate and automate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly workforce productivity and adherence reports using Excel, WFM and contact center tools (N.I.C.E IEX, Avaya CMS). QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES: Should have expert level PowerPoint skills Fluent in English - Able to communicate in written and verbal English across multiple tools and platforms to internal and external teams with Ability to follow the corporate style guides to create compelling PowerPoint presentations with data-driven graphics Distill highly technical concepts into easy-to-understand language Demonstrable Advanced Microsoft Excel Strong analytical skills required with a high degree of accuracy Ability to distill complex findings to simple concepts for consumption Ability to clearly communicate progress against assigned tasks Work schedule will require working in U.S. business hours’ time zones Some Overtime will (over 40 hours) may be needed at times to ensure deliverable goals are met Work successfully from your home office in a virtual Identify and employ alternative approaches to communicate with callers when encountering barriers and escalate as needed Knowledge of PowerBI extensions a plus, but not required Job Types: Full-time, Contract Salary: Php300.00 to Php400.00 /hour Experience: Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Required) Microsoft Powerpoint: 2 years (Required) Language: Fluent English (Required)
