Broadgate Search are looking for an ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to come and join us and work on our hugely successful Accounting and Finance team in Dublin. You will be provided with unbeatable 12 week in-house training on the full 360 life-cycle, to become a fully-fledged Recruitment Consultant with us. Ideal candidates would have either had sales experience or would have worked within a target driven environment. We are also interested in speaking with graduates who have an interest in Banking and Financial Services. What does a Trainee Recruitment Consultant do? Ultimately recruitment is all about building relationships with clients and placing talented candidates into their vacancies. To do this you will have to do the following: - Become knowledgeable within your market and aim to be the 'go-to' person for candidates and clients when they need support - Source and screen candidates using a number of job boards/ Linkedin/ headhunting - Build long term client and candidate relationships - Meet with your candidates and clients - Win new business - Achieve monthly revenue targets WHAT WE OFFER YOU - 12 week intense training academy, consisting of interactive training which will cover all elements of recruitment. - Clear progression path, you should be promoted from Trainee to Associate to Consultant within a matter of months. - Competitive salary with uncapped commission structure with no threshold, so you will earn as soon as you start billing. - Incentives such as multiple holidays every year (LA, Ibiza, Dubai, Skiing etc) - Quarterly incentives (Most recently had 2.5 weeks off paid at Christmas) - Lunch clubs to Michelin star restaurants - Free beer on tap and coffee in the office - 25 days holiday - Remote working from Senior Consultant - Discounted gym membership - Summer and Christmas party - All the tools provided to do the job, we invest in the most up to date technology. - Office dogs!
