Salary: £16,159 to £18,709 per annum, depending upon experience Shift Pattern: 36 Hours per week | Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm & Friday 9am-3.30pm (Half of your week would be with the Sexual Health Team and the other half would be with the Clinical Team). Are you a strong administrator looking for a new challenge? We're looking for an Admin Assistant to come and join our Clinical and Sexual Health team at our Head Office in Warwickshire! As an Admin Assistant for the Clinical Team you will carry out clerical and support tasks for the Clinical Department and Remote Contraception and Sexual Health Team. Key Responsibilities; Uploading STI test results and attaching results to booking records. Liaising with the lab if any tests are missing. Liaise with GP / GUM / CASH Clinics and make referrals where necessary. Answer departmental phones, taking and passing on messages. Produce routine reports and undertake routine typing and word processing. Assist with the organisation and administration of events. About You We’re looking for candidates who have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, who are comfortable communicating with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels of a business. Organisation and attention to detail are key strengths of yours, along with excellent administration skills. We are also looking for: Ability to work on your own initiative and problem solve within a timely manner Knowledge of MS Office including word, excel, outlook and power point A team player who is able to work collaboratively and effectively across the team, and build strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
