Let’s Talk About the Team and You Reporting to the Production Supervisor under our LSR group, you will be providing machine and equipment technical support and services to the LSR department, providing committed equipment performance and ensuring smooth operation and equipment stability. Let's talk about Responsibilities Coordinate and perform machine and equipment preventative maintenance activities Attend to machines and equipment unscheduled down, perform troubleshooting and repairs. Ensure injection moulding machines, auxiliary equipment, and connected automated systems are set to required parameters, meet quality standards and production goals. Conduct tool set-up, machine start-up and adjust moulding parameters to attain production targets in terms of quality and yield. Assists Manufacturing Engineers in the installation of new Machines/equipment, modifying new processes, testing of new moulding tools and other activities related to machines/equipment validation. Maintain a work environment that complies with OH&S, 6S and GMP requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement activities across the LSR department. Document and record maintenance activities as required for equipment within the LSR department. Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience Min Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electro-mechanical technology with 5 years’ hands-on experience in injection moulding machines/process. Experience in injection moulding manufacturing industry or Medical manufacturing industry. Good interpersonal skills and able to work and coordinate efficiently with all levels.
