Position Overview We're seeking an energetic, ambitious, and motivated Program Manager who is a master of managing projects, teams, and deliverables. The Program Manager will be managing key projects for large, well-known clients on an international scale. As a Program Manager you will own the client relationships and delivery of a portfolio of projects. will also participate in the sales process of custom solutions, collaborating with other Brightcove members in our mission to make our clients successful. Job Responsibilities Primarily accountable for delivery execution of quality solutions on time on budget for global Brightove customers Project Charter, Governance, Communications Plan establishment Executive level briefings, including risk Assessment, tracking, and mitigation planning Regular status reporting both internal and external on KPIs and measurement against scope, budget, timelines Scope and Budget control, SOW creation, change request management Client workshop facilitation ability to drive scope and timing decisions based on prioritization Daily direct management of internal and third-party development teams to deliver projects Mentoring Project and Senior Project Managers through growth targets and participation in continuous best practice improvement Qualifications/Experience Required 8+ years experience on technical project teams or professional services teams in support or delivery-related roles; 5+ years in project leadership roles Experience in planning, organizing, and executing projects of varying complexity, including multi-million dollar programs, delivering within specified timeframes and budgets. Extensive understanding of Fixed Price project planning and delivery is a plus Workshops facilitation and requirements definition, project planning and gap analysis Specific experience in Statement of Work creation and Change Order management Familiarity with JIRA/Confluence products and enthusiasm for adopting the BGS best practice approach to Project Delivery Experience in managing clients, 3rd party vendors, and developers dispersed geographically Experience managing application development projects Strong negotiation, prioritization and communication skills Ability to travel about twice a quarter domestically and internationally Experience in managing delivery team staff with demonstrated nurturing and growth of team a plus Digital or Video industry landscape expertise (OTT, AVOD, SVOD, etc.) a plus, but not required Exposure or hands-on knowledge of the Brightcove products and ecosystem a plus, but not required Strong English Language skills is a requirement.
