With our commitment to Breitling’s sustainable business practices, we are looking for Sustainability Manager to join our Headquarters in Grenchen. Reporting to Chief Legal & Administration Officer, you will develop and spearhead a first-rate sustainability program in respect of environment and ethical sourcing aspects. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated self-starter to craft and drive a vision into action, influence and engage various stakeholders and make a tangible impact on our businesses. Main responsibilities: Tasks in managing Breitling’s sustainability program: Develop a sustainability vision and strategy with key stakeholders Lead and roll out best-in-class environmental and ethical sustainability initiatives at Breitling and with our external partners, focusing on responsible sourcing of materials and energy from end to end - supply chain, production, marketing and distribution Implement a sustainability/environmental management system (set policies and KPIs, ensure compliance with external standards, issues monitoring, risk assessment, internal and external audits for certifications) Additional tasks in supporting the Breitling’s overall ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) program: Define and apply methodologies for strategy process, materiality analysis, reporting frameworks, external standards/rankings, KPIs and investor requirements Facilitate workshops with key business functions and incorporate deliverables into the ESG program Ensure proper communications to internal and external stakeholders Your profile: University degree in engineering/environmental sciences, or a business degree 2+ years experience in sustainability/CSR program management and initiatives in the luxury or consumer goods industries (or similar consulting background) Good command of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) Fluency in English. French and German are a plus.
