Benjamin Residential and Vocational Options (BRAVO) is now accepting applications from Community Support Workers and Residential Support Workers. Our Mandate is to provide services to individuals with developmental disabilities, challenging behavior and complex mental health needs. We operate home, group home and community based activity to assist individuals to improve their quality of life. The involves some life skills training; home-based recreation and leisure, community access, integration and inclusion. Successful candidates must have: At least 1 year related experience or related education. Community Support Worker, Residential Support Worker, and SEA are desirable, as is Non-violent crisis intervention. Conditions of employment include reliable transportation, a valid BC Driver's License, an ICBC Driver's Abstract, First Aid and CPR. Criminal Record Search.
