Job Summary We are looking for 25 Experienced Trainers for the largest Career Counselling Company in India with a minimum experience of 3-5 years to conduct training and orientations for industrial/ corporate and educational institutions especially from the Education/Insurance and Aviation Background. Location: Delhi-NCR/ Mumbai/ Banglaore/ Hyderabad/ Chennai/ Pune/ Chandigarh/ Bhubaneshwar. Website: www.Brainwonders.in Responsibilities and Duties Conduct Training for Industrial/corporate and educational institutions. Conduct workshops and orientations in schools, colleges and other educational institutes for parents and teachers. Introduce and conduct individual counselling sessions. Follow Up with Clients post counseling. Connect to the educational institutes and setup meetings for the workshops. Introduce and orient about the online counselling services in education and corporate institutions. Key Skills Training, Counselling, Individual should be excellent in Communication Skills (including local language)., Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills Required Experience and Qualifications Degree in education, business, human resources or other related fields Should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training industry Certification in corporate training, Soft skill training or other related fields Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹30,000.00 to ₹50,000.00 /month Experience: work: 3 years (Preferred) total work: 3 years (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Industry: Education & Instruction
