Purpose of the Role -Telesales/Customer Services Adviser To present Bradleys in a professional manner, endeavouring to maximise sales and referrals of the complete range of Company activities and to do so whilst satisfying all relevant regulatory requirements. Skills and Experience Required High level of interpersonal skills. Capacity to use initiative whilst working within a team. Ability to work on own initiative. Telesales/Customer Services experience. Ability to cope under pressure and pay attention to detail Tenacity to identify and develop business opportunities Computer literate Principal Accountabilities To respond to incoming enquiries and to generate new prospects for the complete range of Bradleys Company activities. To perform all duties in a professional manner, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Develop key business areas: a) General Insurance. b Property Sales. c Mortgage/FS Appointments. d Rental referrals (where applicable). e) Survey Referrals (where applicable). f) Bradleys Conveyancing. g) Valuations & Instructions. h) International referrals. i) Commercial referrals. j) Land and New Homes Referrals. k) Any additional referral opportunities that may arise during your employment with the Bradleys Group. To provide support to other team members where appropriate and in accordance with management directives. To collect, manage and input accurate and relevant customer details in pursuit of maximum customer service and business development. To have full knowledge and understanding of the Company Information Technology equipment and software. To embrace the Company and Group Culture of Bradleys at all times.
