LETTINGS/ PROPERTY MANAGEMENT Due to busy expansion and growth we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join Bourne Estate Agents. Managing a portfolio of 150+ properties covering several of our branches Salary dependent on experience Responsibilities Build and maintain strong working relationships with Landlord’s, tenants and lettings branch staff Ensure that maintenance problems are dealt with effectively and in appropriate timescale Manage and negotiate deposit returns through the deposit release process Investigate and resolve informal complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner Coordinate end of tenancy and pre tenancy work with lettings branches Develop relationships with a Preferred Supplier List of contractors Negotiate with landlord and tenant over the return of disputed deposit deductions Manage a database of contractors Carry out property visits as required Liaise with branches to ensure we are providing excellent customer service Help out in other areas of the business as and when required Skills Required Customer Service Lettings or Property Management experience Ability to multi task and meet tight deadlines Able to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and colleagues both verbally and in written form Highly organised, with efficient time management and the ability to prioritise work load IT Literate Have a bright enthusiastic personality *a “can do” attitude with a good sense of humour This role offers the right individual a great opportunity to build a solid career within an expanding company with ongoing training and career development.
