Qualifications: Graduate of BS Business Administration, Agriculture, or Tourism Management; With good communication skills; Has effective people handling skills; Has strong service orientation; Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint); Experience in retail store management is an advantage; Willing to work in San Pablo Laguna. Duties and Responsibilities: Plans, implements, and evaluates sales and marketing strategies to meet the monthly sales quota as well as maintain the profitability and success of the store; Ensures that all stock inventories and supplies of the store are properly arranged and accounted at all times; Forecasts inventories of the store to keep the storage room at the optimum level; Oversees the overall store operations particularly sales and services; Follows strictly the cash handling procedure of the company for cash collection and petty cash fund; Sees to it that all daily collections are properly deposited during the day not later than the next banking day; Ensures the store adheres to the company policies; rules and regulations at all time; Submits on time all reports required; Reports any incidents that are in conflict with the general interest of the company; Professionally sells products to dealers and customers within the area.
