Interstate Hotels & Resorts (on behalf of Borealis Hotel Group Operational Support) are seeking an enthusiastic HR Administrator to join our operational support team and support the business across our Western European portfolio. Reporting to the Regional HR Manager, you will provide general operational and administrative support to a group of hotels within the Benelux region, Regional HR Manager and other internal stakeholders. As such, there may be some travel required as part of this role. Other key responsibilities of your role will be: Being a point of contact for hotels’ management regarding basic HR related activities Processing New Hires & leavers Creating & updating various HR related documents Managing the online HRIS systems and Clouds Managing and preparing payroll transactions and time registration Preparing reports for monthly payrolls Supporting Regional HR Manager with regional recruitment planning Coordinating communication with external stakeholders To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a similar role with good knowledge of Dutch, Belgian and French social and labour legislation. You will be organised and have a working knowledge of online scheduling/workforce tracking systems and HRIS. Due to the nature of this role, it is essential that you are fluent in Dutch, English and have a good understanding of French.
