We are looking for an IT Manager. The right candidate must have hands-on administrative and Networking skills. They will maintain, support, troubleshoot mainly Windows OS environment and some Mac OS X based systems, cloud-based productivity tools, and local servers. The individual will be the first point of contact for all IT issues. They will install, configure, and support local area network, virtual servers, co-location network, desktops/laptops, and servers. You will be responsible for imaging computers and working to ensure connectivity as needed. Additionally, candidates will be responsible for tracking and managing all technological assets to ensure accurate records and availability. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead large IT projects including the design, implementation & deployment of new IT Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes & Monitor the infrastructure, change requests, and operational performance Build and maintain network infrastructure - Manage information technology and computer systems Lead evaluation and recommendation of new technology assets Asset management, Preserve assets, information security and control structures Evaluate infrastructure and policies, review system logs, proactively recommend any changes regarding network configuration, hardware, and policies. Consult with vendors and third-party specialists to implement solutions Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time Audit systems and assess their outcomes Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems Handle annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Degree in IT, Engineering, Computer science, Information System or any related area of study Experience working at a BPO preferred Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills Understanding of Service Level Agreements and objectives Must be familiar with cloud-based applications Must have current "hands-on" experience installing and configuring network and systems administration, hardware peripherals & database, cloud services, computer systems, security, data storage systems, and phone systems Proven working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills Excellent project management skills and a strong ability to prioritize A firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies Certification is a plus uVSk51ZGMB
