Requisition Number: 39361 City: Torquay Department: Operations WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT The Challenge In this truly varied role, no day will be the same! You will support the Operations Team with administrative support for the Geelong Distribution Centre. You’ll be the ‘go-to’ person for employees, visitors, maintenance contractors, external stakeholders and the management team. Your duties will include minute taking, calendar management, travel organization, coordination of maintenance, cleaning and repairs, credit card and petty cash reconciliations and purchasing of consumables. You’ll be exposed to a wide range of activities and will provide support to the senior management team. This is a business like no other. To be successful in this role you’ll need prior experience in an administrative support role, ideally supporting senior leadership. You’ll have intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Powerpoint. You’ll be used to working in a busy environment with multiple priorities, and able to work autonomously using initiative. Your experience will allow you to identify process improvements and maintain high quality, accurate work. Your exceptional interpersonal skills and ‘team player’ attitude will be essential. A current drivers license and own vehicle are a requirement of this role.
