Here’s where you come in: We are seeking an enthusiastic Part time Junior Artworker to expand our growing instantprint team. You will be required to work 3 days a week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 7pm (shift pattern to be discussed on appointment). There will also be an occasional Sunday shift 9am-1pm. There is also the possibility for full time hours in the future. The role involves communicating with customers by phone and email, setting up artwork for print and quality checking artwork for customers before production. You will also make minor amendments to artwork, action/reply to emails, and respond to requests from internal teams over the phone or via email. If successful, you will undergo a comprehensive company and department induction programme. Essential Skills Previous experience of working within a customer facing environment. A confident user of Excel, Word, Outlook and be a confident internet user. The ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines, whilst still working with precision and a high level of attention to detail. A confident communicator, both face to face, over the phone and via email. The ability to work independently and have a pro-active attitude. A desire to improve on your own knowledge. You will be a team player.
